The show aired on October 2016 and second half of the reality documentary show featured Rachel, her lifestyle as a human doll, and how the iconic Barbie doll by Mattel inspires her. "I am Barbie" is her catchphrase and the TV appearance was documented in the UK newspapers, The Daily Star, Daily Mirror, Daily Mail, Cosmopolitan magazine Denmark, Grazia magazine Netherlands, and numerous online international magazines.

The show features Rachel's childhood to teens, twenties to the present day, and her own positive (non-botched) plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery procedures, to look like Barbie.
